Here is how we do it:
seeding
We kick off the growing cycle by sowing our seeds in a proprietary potting mix and irrigating them with ultrapure water.
germinating
Seeds are set in our specialized germination chamber to sprout in perfectly calibrated temperature and humidity levels.
planting
Sprouts are “planted” in large ponds of ultra-filtered, recirculating water that’s full of the nutrients they need and none of the stuff they don’t.
growing
Our greens soak up the sun from above and nutrients from below as they gently float from one end to the other of our custom-built, hydroponic ponds.
harvesting
Skilled harvesters use specialized machinery to harvest our baby greens at the perfect “fork-sized” height.
packing
Greens are hand packed into containers, labeled, and stacked in cases to be shipped out within 24 hours.
